I know i have been away from my blog for awhile. I have been busy living life, running errands and most important i have been actually really serious about my work.

...presently I am trying to be more reliable. Now that I actually like my job after awhile and I intend to keep it. Haha..I'm surprised about this too..

...My new work Resolutions should be to - be more responsible, fight negativity, avoid procrastination and try to be just a good employee. Can i do that??!! OK...Lets try! first to start with not skipping work..until now i have been really good at this..

...Work will just keep me busy.That is what i just want for now.

... {Apart from work} Spend less and save more..(just a dream)..If only i could just eat less from outside and eat more home cooked meals.

...I know I have lost a very dear friend last year. But it was for better reasons, I accept that and I have moved on. I missed this friendship for some days but thats only until I realised how much betrayed I was actually..So I'm leaving this dilemma behind..These are just life lessons - get better friends! Compared to the years, 2010 has been a very different year in my life. I have loved it hate it, ruined it. Had also learned that living a life alone is not quite a struggle, it is being stronger. There were hard times but i'm happy how i managed through and I have actually learned to love myself alot too. I have amazed myself for the first time being bold and brave. Had loads of fun times where i would still look back and roll over laughing.

2011.. A happy New Year to the world, I hope this year is going to be as brighter as 2010 with lots of fun times a new year to embrace, new achievements to accomplish, new dreams and absolutely the new nightmares..What's store in for this year? Pretty much excited.

I don't have much of a resolution list. But there are some things i want to do.

Learn new words, use them and teach them to others too.

Sleep more - Because this is something i really avoided last year

Get more organized - I wonder i could really do this.

The rest is just simple.. Laugh often, Love much and Live Well!

I miss you mom. There are times I miss you terribly. I have missed you each and every second of every day. I miss our shopping, I miss you making new dresses for me, specially on my birthdays. I missed that you hadn’t been there to push me around to do my home work or when im so busy trying to make a fuss about it you do it for me. I missed that you were not there to do art projects for me. Because you always loved to be creative. I miss your not around to get on my nerves like my friends say that their mothers do still.

But some of them do not appreciate the presence of a mother in their lives. I always think they have to loose one to know how deep a feeling is to live life without one. I yearn to tell my Mom is like this, like that stories like my friends do each and every time. I miss saying the word “Mamma”.

Through the past ten years I have watched other mothers with their daughters. They have fun, shop together, walk around. I wish that someday's I could just come home and talk to you, tell you about my problems. I know you would help me through any of this. I know things would have been a lot happier and different with you around, as being a family more connected it would have been easy on all of us. Sometimes I wonder if your really watching us live our lives without you. I wonder if you want to give some lessons to Dad on being so irresponsible towards his children. I wish if you could console me sometimes and be here for us.

I think the four of us have learned to carry on without you because we had to. We weren’t ready but your absence made us to do that, Just to be strong for ourselves. Do you know that it was so hard at the beginning and it still is very much. But we just managed to live on life to the plan. You would be amazed at the relationship Sis and I share now, who knew we would ever stop fighting. You have a lovely grand son.You sure had plans for us, dreams that you one day would have liked to see come true.

I think we have learned to take life in general, appreciate it and embrace it because we understand life is really short and we have to make the most out of it, loosing you had taught us that.

But I too have learned not to get upset when people ask me about you mom. They say “ I’m so sorry to hear that your mother passed away when you guys were little” , I’m sorry I brought this subject “, “I’m so sorry that you missed her”, “you must miss her a lot”.

But you know mom I’m more than happy to talk about you. Sometimes I just want to talk about you. I want to tell about you, the stories that I remember and the things you have taught us in that little time you were with us or the stories by some family relatives I have heard on certain occasions.

Mom, you were amazing, strong, funny, crazy, forgiving, responsible, caring, creative, adorable, understanding. No one would replace you. Never.!!

It could have been any story. Why do you care? I think you crossed a line. Once, was innocent. But then, twice, thrice i think you were being curious.

Impose.You shouldn't just open any book that you see. Try to read any stories you think you would like. You feel like helping them because of their stories. It's late to know, that you shouldn't have asked to be a part in their life. Not like that.

So everybody's talking about the baby thrown to the hulhumale' beach side today. So innocent and pure. But look what these bad people have done. How cruel it is to do such a thing! I don't think there is even a single shred of decency in these people behind this.

For those who claim to believe in Allah and say that abortions are wrong, but you still believe that it's a decision that a woman should make, because it's her body, you ARE VERY WRONG. There is no such thing as that..

If one truly and down deep in his or her heart believe in Allah, that statement CANNOT be made -- it is impossible. It is said, because it is thought to give credence to your agenda. You are kidding no one, especially not Lord.

I believe the only way you would really believe in Allah, is if to perform a miracle. If this would happen, do you think you would STILL say that a woman should have the choice to kill her unborn baby or even kill your baby after you have given birth, who was created by God, in His own image, at conception? OF COURSE NOT. You would be shaking from head to toe. You would drop to your knees and beg forgiveness. You will, all of a sudden, remember the Commandment, "Thou Shalt Not Kill."

Therein lies the difference. Some people believe in God without any reservations; IT'S CALLED FAITH.And others don't that's a SHAME!

Tapioca Chips

I'm a big snack eater. I love to munch on to something while watching a movie, working or just walking on the street after office or going some where else. So I tend to have a bunch of snacks i eat quite often.

This is my recent discovery on snack. It's Tapioca Chips! I have always loved Tapioca chips. But this ones different from the ones we get around Male' the usual. These are flavored chips from Malaysia. I think it has around 8 flavors or so.

I actually went to buy potato chips and i thought i did. But when i tasted it that's when i knew it was Tapioca. I couldn't stop eating it, even when my mouth hurt from munching so much. It's really good!

Day 04: Something you have to forgive someone for

During the past month one tragic Face Book incident occurred in my life where i lost a very close friend because of some other friends close to her. I was on holidays and I wasn’t being a Face book Junkie at these days as I was too occupied with my real life to care enough about Social Networking.

It was one of those days where I would get on face book just to update my status.

BOOM! And one hell of a Face book drama unfolds in front of my eyes!

And all pops into my senses suddenly as I see my face book wall. It was brutally and cunningly trashed with green jealousy and kindly selected harsh words. I am shocked to see what lengths a bunch of girls can go with their ego’s.

Seriously I don’t understand that when you got something to say, why on face book??!! Is it too hard to confront your selves face to face that you have to pull a face book stunt on me. Were you being a coward? Don’t you guys know my mobile number? Or were you not being loyal to friendship that we had. Weren’t you being happy for me? It's really stupid that you build your life upon some social network. Ridiculous! Something must really be wrong with your selves.

i thought we were pretty close. Although at some point I know life wasn’t being so pleasant to you, it wasn’t even pleasant for me then. And you know it! But I never turned my back on you as a friend. I was there for you, through your happiness, your sorrows I equally traced those days with you. When you thought life was really hard. But it was another thing that you decided that some friends were the only friends for you and I never understood why you drifted away.

And confrontation didn’t really help us because you all thought I shouldn’t get offended by some words displayed on a social network. But, it was about me, and about my life which made it very hard to avoid at the moment.

Well, let me tell you, what if I trashed you all like that, I swear none of you wouldn’t even pick the phone to even let me know that any of you felt even a bit harassed.

But I see that days have passed… and although you guys have quite bitched a lot about me and as it still is really annoying to hear about.

But I am forgiving you guys for all that. And i just want to tell you all that we might not be such good friends as before or we might not be talking today or tomorrow but i'm not going to take this to my grave and bury deep inside. It's not that kind of a thing.

i love how i am labeled as a 'one step ahead of other girls' type of girl. i love how i can be spontaneous. i love how my imagination flies. i love how i am very much in love with a very fine man.

i love how i'm tough in spite of unfavorable life incidents, i'm thankful to god that i haven't fallen apart yet. i love my ability to think and to accept that life is not about having everything just fine. i love how i have the courage to do things on my own.i love how i am still a child whose sensitive to this kooky world and everything around me but yet im not anything childish.

i love my sense of humor because it's a way to cope up with life's ups and downs. i love how my sense of humor gets onto my friends and family as a way to connect with them. i love how i can laugh a lot.

i love that i respect other peoples idea's and their feelings, because i understand they have their own agenda's too. i love how i can be kind at times most needed to. i love how i am willing to put my needs over other peoples, specially my sister's and the guy i love, because they mean the world to me!

i love how i am not willing to give up which makes me ambitious.i love my job though there are times i want to scream and run away thinking its too much to handle. i love to help people around me.

i love that i enjoy my own self. i love how i listen my heart and try my best to pick pieces to put together.i love that i have made an effort to live healthy by starting to love myself and my body’s needs and wants.

i love my clothes, my accessories, my shoes, my make up, my glosses, my clutches and all of it that i own!

i love how i can write and express my inner thoughts. i love and respect my ideas, my body and every part in it, my feelings, my mouth, my voice, all my actions.

i love myself even though there will always be aspects of myself which puzzles me sometimes, but i would still give in to all these feelings as its authentically mine.

So during the past month and to present i have been spooning over Desperate Housewives . i practically ate, breathed and slept with it.Its a catch up to season 6, since 2005 when it got aired on Star World i haven't watched any bit after the first season. So far its been great. Not a time i haven't find myself thrilled, amused, happy and sad of it.

It starts about a happy housewife who suddenly commits suicide one morning out of the blue. Shocking ah! It amazingly lengths as how the dead housewife tells stories about her neighbors focusing the attention on four beautiful middle aged housewives.Each episode starts and ends with life advice by the voice of dead house wife 'Mary Alice'.

It's all about their perfect suburban neighborhood " Wisteria Lane", the people who lives in it, the life they live and struggle for, the lies and secrets hidden inside their suburban homes and how they try to take care of their suburban husbands and men they love.

i wish i could pick pieces of each of these woman as to ever become a wife or a mother someday. i wish to have Bree's ability to become a perfect wife, a strong mother and the good food that she makes and how she runs a catering business, Lynette's way of managing her husband, family all together being a loyal wife and a strong woman who can fight cancer just because she loves her family so much and how she understands her friends, and Susan's way of having a close relationship with her daughter 'Julie' as a single mom and the way she can stand up for her man when the time comes to and Gabrielle being a crazy shopaholic and the beauty obsessed woman who is passionate,lively and who will really show her strength and supportability through the hard times even if she whines.

In each season a new family or a new strange person moves in and everyone needs to finds out what secrets they have and all the mystery folds during the season.

It's fun alone to watch the drama between the four housewives Lynette, Susan, Bree and Gabrielle who are best friends but still at times they will hold each others throats, share their darkest secrets together over a every week Tuesday poker game, they exchange hilarious dialogues, have dinner parties and stuffs and also it's lovely how they forgive easily to each other.

i am guilty of not keeping up with and i am not willing to miss anymore! i have got to watch season 7. i can't believe i have been missing a great show!

I know I'm not that big of a writer. I write simple and what ever comes to my mind at that moment. But reading through novels and other blogs, I wish at times that I too can be such a wonderful writer like them.

A Fiction Series.

I'm thinking of writing like Meg Cabot or maybe Sophie Kinsella. Create a fiction girl who's life can be a little bit complicated and make unbelievable things happen in her life. I'm a big reader of these two novelists, and I find them very entertaining.

I'm just saying that maybe someday, I would write a book and it would be worth reading and it's even better if it turns into a huge success!

I have always thought that being a girl was hard. To dress up right, wear nice trendy clothes, to be in shape, to look good and most important not to be fat! Because being fat is like the worst thing that can happen to a girl. And from where I come from , here at Maldives we don't normally workout.

Well, lets actually say the truth..We never do at all. It's only popular among the people who think they should be healthy. But now the minds around here are getting much more civilized and people actually think about their health much more than they ever did before.And I'm really concerned about health and about my shape.

So i got myself joined to Step Aerobics.I first though about regular gym, but then the idea itself was so boring and as much i like to dance and move around and one friend who is a fitness instructor suggested that i try steps.

I started from scratch as a beginner in an advance step class two months back.Because only the advance class is the only time i can make it out from my already busy schedule.

For the first two weeks the only thing i could do was a "knee up" as its really easy just to get on the step and lift up the knee. Other than that i will move around the steps like a maniac trying to catch up with the instructor, stopping and gasping for breath and i would sometimes just stop and simply stare at others and try to take in the whole routine. Thank god i never landed flat on the steps or something. That would have been quite a scene. Haha! believe me..i really felt like a fool and frustration and embarrassment ate me up to the core! The whole thing was so pathetic.

But now that its been sometime and I have really tried to get it right on now i actually can follow the moves, it's really fun. Its just like dancing!Relieves a lot of stress and I feel more healthier and energetic each day. They get us measured on hips, chest, abs and arms every month so we know which changes we are making or even if we don't.So it's easier to trace the results.

Right now I'm trying to learn the new routine, there are really nice moves! ~~some of them are really tough as well.~~ And i love every minute of trying to get my groove on!

I came across these Lovely Coffee Takeaways, which is pretty much my Coffee dreams . There is other stuffs too (I checked out the website and drooled over every cute stuff.)

Check out these cups! I love the idea so much.The creative textures on the cups practically has me swooning.

As a coffee addict I always want, need, craze coffee at odd hours. And these are just fabulous and Maldives need to have these really soon to all the Coffee Places!

A Friend or a Foe

FEAR... How many times do I fear about the things about me? Things related to me? Things that’s going to happen to me? Things that I think that would happen to me. Things that are related to everybody who I care about.

Each and every one of us always worries about something. We all got that fear deep down inside of us. It’s like always there. Every time you want to do something. Every time you think through something. You’re thinking about the consequences. I go a lot of fears. Lot of them I know of and lot to come which I don’t know of yet.

I have this fear of ending up alone in my life. Without friends, family and without a single person to actually care for me. Friends are a very important part of it.

But I am still scared of loosing a friend that thought that she can make me her doll. I cared for her because I actually cared. I listened because I thought that’s what friends do. I picked her up when she felt down and I let her do as the same for me because I thought that she always needed somebody’s back as her friend. I needed her as a friend too. But the hardest thing about being friends with this person is that she can’t balance friendship and friends.

I have actually come to think that whether we should actually even be friends, If this is the case. Because I have been stabbed from back, front surely stabbed as many as times and utterly killed. But I am not going to try stop being there for her. Like my mom used to say that what ever a person may treat you bad just try to forgive or do the opposite that is to treat them nicely in return and they would eventually feel guilty very much.

Me, like anybody else I want to fix things. I want to take some things back. I do stuff without thinking; I say things when I get mad. I panic easily sometimes or maybe most of the times, I lie to be able to save myself sometimes or I would lie to save somebody who I care for, I cry, I worry, I whine, I want to make everything right.

I want to be a better person. From whom I am and from whom I am to become. I don’t need to show the world that I am something else so I wouldn’t ever try not to be me.

It was rainy whole day and in evening it started heavily raining to the airport and nothing could fly like an hour or so.It's those times when you really sympathize for the people who come to spend their holidays and to have a great time.

I was praying that I could leave early .. BUT!!!

Yea…da word 'Positive' which reciprocates with the word negative. But who remembers that positive????

I wasn't a big fan of this word myself..I always had to believe that something's going to turn wrong for me and everything's so hard. But I have grown up to be stronger actually. Certain things in life made me stronger. Now I have learned to let go off, to forgive and forget, realize that something's were just stupid enough to care for..Positive thinking is much better. So I remind myself..That

I am me.

Politics, What a Joke

Today after office, when we got to Male', me and two of my office girl mates decided to go to the nearest coffee shop and have a quick bite as I was telling them non stop about my lasagna craving. We all had a lot of fun while we enjoyed the food. And after all this I walked to home with one of the girls as we both live near by. And on the way home the strangest thing happened.

As we were walking we did notice that the roads were just a lot free than other days and we did meet some traffic police at one of the traffic lights but we both were too engaged in talking we didn't care much.

But as we reached near the STO Trade Centre there were just too many people waiting around the corner and police lines were drawn across the road and the connecting two roads and the whole area was blocked but we crossed the line and walked towards the police guy on the phone to find that he has already stopped two other girls from Bank of Maldives, one with a little girl close to the age of four or five something and the other girl looked very scared. We didn't have a clue of what was happening. The police guy was talking on the phone very seriously.

My friend quickly asked the scared girl what was happening. I myself asked her why they were not allowing us to go from this road. And she replied she didn't no what was the reason. By the time the police guy hanged up the phone and he started pointing this outer road and demanded that we all take that road. But the girl with the child refused this and explained that if she's to take that road it would be a waste to her as she was living on the same block. Even we both complained to each other how it's going to waste our time too. But the police guy just kept demanding.

Suddenly this whole thing turned to an argument between the girl and the police guy as the little girl started to cry begging to go home as we came to know that she was this little girl's mother. And three more police guys showed up and started demanding and explaining. But this girl who seemed to know what was happening with the crying child was so determined that she wouldn't obey their orders and just kept resisting that she would only take the blocked road and even said flat on their faces that she wasn't going to enter supreme court or something. So we sensed that this has got to do with something about politics.

We both thought that this was just too much and I quickly asked one of the police guys if we were allowed to go on the opposite road. Although It was a long walk and we both definitely didn't want to argue we took off.

On the way we just could not stop talking about what just happened. I mean the whole thing was so strange and silly. So for some damn political reason something was happening inside the supreme court but she was living on the same block and she needed to go home and even her child was crying so why not the police guys escort her to her house???!!. . Instead they just had to argue with her and why should she have to just walk a long way. I think she really did the right thing. We both thought so.

And later when I got home I knew the actual story. It was about these three politicians. There hearing was going in the Supreme Court. It's just one of the biggest jokes now, I really don't care who the hell is going down and who's not and now these things are affecting other citizens' lives with or without knowledge. Think it's time the hypocrites get their act together ah!

inally it is June. That means my birthday is near. I'm always excited about birthdays because of the way I have been brought up. And birthdays remind me so much of my mom, because she used to celebrate my birthday every year.

After mom passed, other family members and few friends took over in celebrating my b'day. And I got an awesome group of people who is much more excited about celebrating birthdays. It's a traditional thing among the gang because birthdays mean a lot to us in many ways.

But I'm going to be 22!

I remember last year I was so happy that I turned 21(Reminds me of the clothing line that I love – forever 21!) ..but 22!!

An end to this semester

So I have missed two classes in a row and tonight I managed myself in the class again. It was marketing. I had no clue that this was the last class of marketing and all were prepared to take pictures.

Had so much fun even tonight, like we always do at every class. As all these happy faces strung to different poses here and there grabbing every body to a final picture.

That's when I realized that this semester is over. Yea, we have all passed these 6 months together, so much of fun times, so much of learning and I have got a new entourage of people as friends. Different characters, each and every one of them is smart in their own way. These people are very caring, positive, determined rather mature in terms. I have learned a lot from them.

Going back to the start of the sem..

This wasn't the number of students in the class. Some dropped out because they got busy with life, work or some who got lucky and is now continuing at abroad some where and some who wanted to study but didn't had the money to move on. But we always mention them then and now around the class as much as they are missed at times.

I also very much remember the boy who never talked to anybody who's always sitting at the back row corner. At first we all thought he was very strange. He was! Believe me. This boy wouldn't talk back when you ask him anything, wouldn't smile or say hi, wouldn't answer to any lectures questions, and wouldn't get on the lift with anybody. As if he loves total isolation. It was hard not to judge by his behavior. But we never gave up on him. So coming to the end of the sem… Now He talks! He's now there at the group studies too.

But tonight was different as some students wouldn't be joining us in our 2^nd semester because their diploma is over. We would all miss them very much.

How can I not freak out! I'm doing an exam after two years! I have practically told that to every human being who keeps asking me about the exam. So my exam writing touch is very much gone. It's the thing that worries me this much as we have to answer all essay questions and believe me there is so much writing to do.

A-N-Y-W-A-Y-S....The gud part is that, After the first week of June, the exams are over! Yayy!! So much to a happy ending of this semester..Finally! But i got two more semesters ….

Just Another Day

How many times have you tried something new and you didn't like it the first time.and then you would go back to trying that once more and you some how feel that its way better than the first time.how many times have u had trust in yourself that you could do it..but then you would back off for some reason and you would try again and do it..i mean..actually do it and feel the joy that you did it hopefully or finally..feels good right! Pure Joy!

Today was just  like that.I tried and i was prepared for a lot of things..and i tried  very hard..but at some point i was so close to breaking down at certain  circumstances even made me believe that i couldn't do it and practically  gave up in my mind and panicked.but then deep down this voice would  tell you to keep trying, its showing you so many ways why you should  keep trying  and i shouldn't just stop right there.The voice,its so  strong its making me believe again,its wanting me to try again.

I tried..i got through it! and the voice  just said back to me that its called my life.I told myself that today  was just another day and more is to come..

Recently we just started the chapter on Advertising on the subject marketing.One of the most interesting things i find in the world.

Advertising is a form of communication intended to persuade its viewers, readers or listeners to to purchase or to consume that particular brand o product.An advertisemnt can be about anything: a product service or an awareness.

Last Tuesday we had a very interesting class where our lecturer showed us a list of video advertisements on many world famous products,brands and trademarks.. There were some dumb and stupid ones though the hilarious ones cracked up the whole class really good.and yea,the sexy ones too.Its really fun to watch them.

I must say..each advertisement has its own quality.the way the product has been use and the message they try to give within the creativity in the minds of the marketers.And the touche ones remained to stay back in our minds.

Where one advertisement showed a man sitting in a living room pretending to steer the car wheel by his hands and his wife and daughter is happily watching his every move on the counch.until when he pretends to turn the car and as hes about to crash,the shocked woman and the child with the fear of loosing a loved one rushes to the man and wraps their arms around him like a seat belt securing a person.As he hugs back both of them with the feeling of being loved and the pure joy of being surrounded by the people he loves at the worst moment of his life following with the loving expression on each of their face was very emotional to take in.Very touching indeed.

Its amazing how a video clip of just 34 secs or even less than that can affect you very much..without even uttering a word.Its just the expression,creativity and the feeling captured so well in the agitation of the advertisement with the soft and the right music and the message so very clear.moved my heart.

The Benefit: Helps reduce risk of osteoporosis, cancer, heart disease and cavities. Green tea contains a rich concentration of flavonoids and polyphenols, natural antioxidants that may protect cells from carcinogens (cancer-causing substances) and inhibit tumor growth by helping to neutralize free radicals in the body. The tea's antioxidants may also guard against heart disease by relaxing blood vessels, inhibiting the formation of blood clots that trigger heart attacks and strokes. Green tea also contains fluoride, which strengthens teeth; the flavonoids may build up bones as well, reducing the risk of osteoporosis and tooth decay.

The Benefit: Eases cramps and helps ward off indigestion. "Mint is an antispasmodic, so it can relax muscles, which combats stiffness and aches," says Susan Lark, M.D., author of The Chemistry of Success (Bay Books, 1999). In a recent study, women who consumed three to four servings of low-fat dairy foods (milk being one) lost nearly twice as much weight as those who took in lower amounts. 'The calcium causes your body's cells to burn the fat instead of holding on to it," says Pelzer. "This makes it easier to reach and maintain your goal weight."

The Benefit: Lowers risk of heart disease. Soy milk contains soluble fiber and soy protein, which lowers LDL (bad) cholesterol levels and triglycerides, reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease. One caveat: Soy contains phytoestrogens, which may be linked to an increased risk of breast cancer. Talk to your doctor about drinking soy milk if you have a family history of the disease or have had it yourself.

Hot Chocolate

The Benefit: Improves mood and may help protect against heart disease. Chocolate increases the production of the neurotransmitter serotonin, which is responsible for regulating mood. (Low levels of serotonin have been associated with depression.) Cocoa is also rich in polyphenols, plant-derived antioxidants that may protect cells against oxidative damage that can lower HDL (good) cholesterol levels, possibly putting you at higher risk for a heart attack.

Low-Sodium Tomato Juice

The Benefit: May protect against numerous cancers. Processed tomato products are the richest source of the antioxidant lycopene, which has been associated with a reduced risk of lung and stomach cancer, as well as pancreatic, colorectal, esophageal, oral, breast and cervical cancers. Lycopene also appears to protect the lungs and heart against oxidative damage, helping to ward off cardiovascular disease.

Cranberry Juice

The Benefit: Helps prevent gum disease. Research suggests that the same anti-bacterial properties present in cranberry juice that fight off urinary tract infections may also protect against periodontal disease. Experts theorize that a component of the juice called nondialysable material (NDM) inhibits bacteria from sticking to the gums. Many nutritionists are wary of fruit juices because of their sugar content, so limit your intake to no more than one glass (six to eight ounces) daily. "Make sure the label says 100 percent juice, not 'juice drink' or 'cocktail,'" suggests Heidi Reichenberger, R.D., a spokesperson for the American Dietetic Association. You can find this type of juice in health-food stores and some supermarkets.

The Benefit: May ward off cataracts, cancers and birth defects and boost immunity. Vitamin C may prevent oxidative damage that can cause cells to become cancerous, and it improves immune-cell functioning, enabling your body to fight off infections more efficiently. It takes two people and two only to make it come out right. It takes a lot of time with both parties working hard to make it mix. If one stops working then it will be destroyed. This recipe is so delicate, it is much worse then making a souffle. Not only do you have to worry about it falling, but you must worry if it will last until the end.

Method:

Mix all ingredients together and live a life time filled with love for each other. If by chance any ingredient enters the mix that is unwanted, empty the bowl and start from scratch.

Bake in the oven for all time, peeking once in awhile to make sure it hasn't burned.

Serve on top of all the memories made by the two of you and enjoy for a lifetime!

Most people are only concerned with how coffee will wake them up to start the day. That is probably what appeals to most people about coffee and there is little doubt that the caffeine is a mildly addictive drug as well.

As for me a cup of coffee is an excellent excuse to pause and relax for a moment through my busy day to catch up with friends or at work and have a chat and share some hot gossips or a fun office joke.Sometimes even only the smell of it is enough reason to have myself a cup.

You can choose your coffee in varying strengths, from the traditional small and strong cup of coffee or to the large mug full.The main variations in how your coffee is presented have developed a unique language all of their own: short black, long black, cappuccino, mocha, flat white, latte, and many, many more.

My biggest favorite is Cappuccino..most people think of when they hear the word “cappuccino” dates back to the early 20th century, but the name wasn’t associated with the beverage we know and love today until just before 1950. The popular story is that someone got the bright idea to call the drink a “cappuccino” because the color of the foam mixed with the coffee resembled the pale brown color of a Capuchin monk’s robe, but some discount this as urban legend.The good news is that you don’t need to know any of this in order to enjoy your cappuccino...ehehe

This classical Italian recipe consists of 1/3 espresso, hot milk and milk foam to crown the cup. A little cocoa powder is sprinkled on the Cappuccino.

Ingredients

1dl milk
Coffee beans
Cocoa powder
Sugar (to taste)
Cappuccino cup (approx. 140 ml)

Preparation

Heat the milk foam/milk: to begin with add only a little air - just heat the milk. When more air is then added, the milk is foamed
Push the cup under the coffee outlet and draw off the espresso

And i like my Cappuccino with a lot of cocoa on top! Go ahead and Enjoy yourself to a Cappuccino!!
